Cancellation Policy

On the first occurrence of client "no show or cancellation" within a 48 hour period before your scheduled appointment - a credit card number will be obtained to secure all future appointments.

On the second occurrence - the client's credit card will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment.

On the third occurrence - the client will be unable to book without manager/owner approval.

*Please remember that your appointment reminder is a courtesy service provided to you.  Adore Salon and Spa is not responsible for reminding clientele of scheduled appointments.

Children Policy

We LOVE children...some of us even have a few!  However, we do ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services.  Many guests look forward to their salon experience as a personal "pampering" time; even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, etc.).  Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding in return; when your child is receiving a service we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience.
