Please note, some services and service providers are not available to book online and will need to be booked by phone or email.
*All new clients will be required to provide a credit card number on file for any scheduled appointment*
On the first occurrence of client "no show or last minute cancellation" within a 48 hour period before your scheduled appointment - 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your card on file.
On the second occurrence of a client "no show or last minute cancellation" within a 48 hour period before your scheduled appointment- 100% of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your card on file .
On the third occurrence - the client will be unable to book without a non refundable deposit on the scheduled appointment.
We understand emergencies happen and they will be at the owner/managers discretion on fees assessed .
A $100 non refundable deposit will be collected for all Brazilian Blowouts.

Children Policy
We LOVE children...some of us even have a few! However, we do ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as a personal "pampering" time; even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, etc.). Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding in return; when your child is receiving a service we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience.
